<p>Hādhā Kitāb al-Sharāʼiʻ (هذا كتاب الشرائع) is an Arabic work of Islamic jurisprudence associated with the prominent Imāmī Shia jurist al-Muḥaqqiq al-Ḥillī, Jaʿfar ibn al-Ḥasan al-Ḥillī. The work addresses major areas of Islamic legal practice and jurisprudence, including ritual obligations, transactions, contracts, and other legal rulings. This digitized historical copy is particularly valuable for its extensive marginal annotations and commentarial notes, which surround the principal text on many pages and provide evidence of its scholarly use and transmission. <p><strong>Sharāʾiʿ al-Islām fī Masāʾil al-Ḥalāl wa al-Ḥarām is a major classical work of Twelver Shiʿi jurisprudence (fiqh) by al-Muḥaqqiq Jaʿfar ibn al-Ḥasan al-Ḥillī. The work systematically presents legal rulings relating to acts of worship, contracts and transactions, family law, judicial matters, and other areas of Islamic law. This manuscript is an Arabic handwritten copy dated 718 AH (1318–1319 CE). The text is primarily written in black ink, with headings and important terms highlighted in red, and contains numerous marginal annotations, corrections, and scholarly notes. As an early manuscript witness to one of the most influential works of Imāmī jurisprudence, it is valuable for the study of Shiʿi legal history, manuscript transmission, textual development, and the scholarly tradition of Islamic law.</strong></p>
