Hādhā Kitāb al-Sharāʼiʻ

Hādhā Kitāb al-Sharāʼiʻ (هذا كتاب الشرائع) is an Arabic work of Islamic jurisprudence associated with the prominent Imāmī Shia jurist al-Muḥaqqiq al-Ḥillī, Jaʿfar ibn al-Ḥasan al-Ḥillī. The work addresses major areas of Islamic legal practice and jurisprudence, including ritual obligations, transactions, contracts, and other legal rulings.
